Energy Flow relies more on synchronized breathing with each movement to produce beautiful flowing patterns of motion and energy. Energy Flow is a bit more vigorous than Slow Flow creating an internal heat resulting in big benefits of overall detoxification and cardiovascular fitness.
Soft Vinyasa is an open levels class. Throughout the hour-long practice, we create a link between the physical body to the breath quieting the mind moving with intention and finding all the benefits of the practice. As with all forms of yoga, the physical practice of meditation in motion.
HIIT Yoga Sculpt is designed to be a full-body workout that is low-impact and fun. Expect to engage in the flow of yoga with elements of a HIIT workout. Classes incorporate props such as weights, sliders, and bands to build both strength and lean-toned muscles. You will work hard and leave feeling a sense of strength with ease.
